3 | bacon strips, cooked and crumbled | ||

1/2 | cup | cheddar cheese | |
|
|||
chives, chopped | |||

Lightly spray muffin cups and both sides of trimmed bread with cooking spray. Press one slice into each muffin cup so that the corners are over edges of cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Break one egg into each cup.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each egg with bacon and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set. Garnish with chives before serving.
