1/2 | cup | cornmeal | |
|

1/4 | cup | all purpose flour | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dried rosemary | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Line a 13 x 9- inch pan with aluminum foil. In oven, melt butter in the pan.
Mix cornmeal, flour, rosemary, pepper and salt in a sealable plastic bag. Roll each drumstick in the butter, then place in the bag of seasoning to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Repeat by rolling each drumstick in the melted butter and coating each piece with the seasoning.
Place chicken in the pan and roast for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and roast 30 minutes longer.
Remove chicken and place on paper towel to absorb excess grease.
